At SugarSMAC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied with your SugarSMAC product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be less than 1/4 used and returned in its original container.

Paste Troubleshooting

Before returning, we encourage you to reach out to us. Many issues with sugar paste can be resolved with small adjustments to technique, temperature, and handling. Overcooking or overheating can affect performance, and we’re happy to guide you through best practices to get the most out of your product.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team at jason@sugarsmac.ca with:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• A photo of the product

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

• Exchanges are shipped once your return is approved.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
